The NF5280M6 / NF5280LM6 is a dual-core flagship general-purpose rack-mounted dual-core server equipped with the third-generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor. It flexibly provides air-cooled and liquid-cooled dual configurations (air-cooled model NF5280M6, liquid-cooled model NF5280LM6), maintaining the consistent high quality and high reliability performance, with strong computing performance, perfect ecological compatibility, and flexible configuration changes to meet the application configuration requirements of various industries.
Its liquid-cooled model processor is the first to support cold plate heat dissipation, helping customers build energy-saving and carbon-reducing, low PUE, and green data centers.
Supports 2 Ice Lake processors, with a maximum TDP of 270W, single CPU up to 40 cores. Features 32 3200MT/s DDR4 ECC memory slots, supporting RDIMM for up to 8T capacity. Also supports DCPMM type memory with up to 512G capacity.
Supports up to 20 3.5" or 45 2.5" hard disks, and up to 32 NVMe SSDs. OCP3.0 module options provide 10G to 200G network interfaces. Supports up to 13 standard PCIe slots for superior I/O performance.
